    Lindsey Vonn has the ultimate workout buddy, and I think it’s safe to say everyone is at least *a little* jealous. The former Olympic skier, 37, shared a video of herself crashing a full workout alongside her dog, Jade.

    The duo was quite simply the cutest — and also the most intense — thing on the internet this week. I mean, she was literally *dripping* with sweat while possessing an abs workout. Later, Lindsey quickly changed into a yellow bikini before taking a dip in the pool. She looks so strong!

    Even though Lindsey no longer skis competitively, it’s clear she’s still working hard to stay in shape. She is currently taking the time to treat a knee injury. Even so, she’s a regular at the gym and has shared a few behind-the-scenes workout clips in the past.

    Some of his favorite moves include squats with resistance bands and heavy weights, single arm lifts, weight pushes, tire lifts and reverse lunges. She also trains under a famous instructor, Gunnar Peterson.

    If all of this sounds exhausting, it probably is. But Lindsey is always up for a challenge. “I just like to push myself,” she said women’s health. “I like to feel strong, and when I feel strong physically, I feel so much stronger mentally. When I train, I feel healthier and more confident. I’ve accomplished something, no matter how small.”

    Lindsey also revealed that working out gives her “a lot of mental toughness and confidence” and that “finding ways to push myself in the gym has given me a lot of comfort and confidence in general.”
